When you call or email us directly, we collect whatever contact details and job information you choose to share.

We do not ask for payment card details through this website, and no financial information is collected here.

Your details are used to respond to your enquiry, arrange a free survey, provide a fixed written quote, carry out any work you agree to, and deal with any follow-up under the 12-month workmanship guarantee.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your agreement.

We process your information either because you have asked us to take steps before entering a contract (providing a quote), because it is necessary to perform a contract (carrying out the work), or because we have a legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and keeping accurate job records.

Where a job needs a specialist trade partner, for example a tiler on a bathroom renovation, we share only the information needed to complete the work, such as the property address and access arrangements.
